Style Advisor

As a Style Advisor in Houston, you will bring your contagious energy and entrepreneurial spirit to the sales floor. You will use your personal style and enthusiasm for fashion to build relationships and provide personalized styling advice to customers.

• Participate in a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise and align with brand expectations.
• Present and educate customers on the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products.
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics.
• Build relationships to increase client loyalty through Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively according to visual guidelines.
• Maintain store standards and operations as per company guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the store leadership team.

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service.
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
