Style Advisor

Summary

As a Style Advisor you will engage customers on the sales floor, offering personalized styling guidance and product expertise. You will build client relationships and represent the brand through confident, direct communication and a strong sense of personal style. The role includes participation in a structured training program and collaboration with the store leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-layered training to develop product and selling skills
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and styling of ready-to-wear and custom-made products
• Perform professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics
• Build client relationships to drive loyalty through the brands personalized program
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays and ensure store standards and operations
• Perform additional duties as assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling with strong product enthusiasm
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work successfully in a team-based culture
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
