Style Advisor

As a Style Advisor in Los Angeles, you will bring your contagious energy and entrepreneurial spirit to the sales floor, helping customers find their personal style. You will build relationships through genuine communication and a personal approach to each interaction.

• Participate in a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise and align with brand expectations.
• Present and educate customers on the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products.
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics.
• Build client loyalty through Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed according to visual guidelines.
• Maintain store standards and operations as per company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership.

• Experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service.
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
