Style Advisor

Summary

As a Style Advisor you will engage customers with energy and an entrepreneurial spirit, offering personalized styling advice and building long-term client relationships. You will present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of ready-to-wear and custom garments while working to achieve personal and store sales goals. The role requires a professional, team-oriented approach and flexibility to work varied hours.

Responsibilities

• Complete a multi-layered training cycle to develop product and selling expertise
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of ready-to-wear and custom-made products
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics
• Build client relationships and drive loyalty through personalized service
• Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed per visual guidelines
• Maintain store standards and operations and perform duties assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
