Style Advisor

Summary

As a Style Advisor you will engage customers with confident, personal styling and build lasting relationships while representing the brand on the sales floor. You will complete a multi-layered training program to develop product and selling expertise and contribute to store performance through professional salesmanship and visual standards. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays and a team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive training to develop product knowledge and selling skills
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of ready to wear and custom products
• Execute professional sales techniques to meet personal and store sales metrics
• Build client relationships to drive loyalty through personalized service
• Maintain attractive merchandise presentation following visual guidelines
• Ensure store standards and operations meet company expectations
• Perform additional duties as assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales hospitality or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform successfully in a team based environment
• Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
