The Style Advisor delivers personalized styling and sales support on the retail floor, advising customers on fit, construction, and overall style. This role focuses on building lasting client relationships, achieving personal and store sales targets, and maintaining high visual and operational standards. Responsibilities

• Complete multi-layered training to develop product knowledge and styling skills.
• Present and educate customers on product fit, construction, and styling recommendations.
• Practice professional salesmanship to meet personal and store sales metrics.
• Build and maintain client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Ensure merchandise is attractively presented and store standards are maintained.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by store leadership.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service.
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling with strong product curiosity.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform successfully in a collaborative, team-based culture.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
