Style Advisor

Summary

As a Style Advisor, you will engage customers on the sales floor to present and educate them on product fit, construction and style while building long-term client relationships. You will complete a multi-layered training program, support store operations and visual standards, and work with store leadership to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training to develop product knowledge and styling expertise
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics
• Build and maintain client relationships to increase loyalty
• Ensure merchandise is displayed according to visual guidelines and store standards
• Perform other duties assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
