Summary

Provide personalized styling and sales service to customers, representing the brand through expert product knowledge and relationship building. Participate in training to develop skills and support store operations while maintaining professional communication and a team-oriented approach. Deliver visual merchandising and customer service aligned with company standards and contribute to store sales metrics.

Responsibilities

• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of ready to wear and custom products
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales targets
• Build client relationships to increase loyalty through the brand's personal program
• Participate in multi-layered training to develop expertise and skillset
• Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed to visual guidelines
• Maintain store standards and operational procedures
• Perform additional duties as assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work successfully in a team-based culture
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Willingness to travel to other stores and abroad
