Style Advisor

As a Style Advisor in Scottsdale, you will bring your contagious energy and entrepreneurial spirit to the sales floor. You will engage customers with your personal style and enthusiasm for fashion, building relationships through genuine communication and a personal approach to each interaction.

• Participate in a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise and align with brand expectations.
• Present and educate customers on the fit, construction, and style of Suitsupply Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products.
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics.
• Build client loyalty through Suitsupply’s Radically Personal program.
• Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively according to visual guidelines.
• Maintain store standards and operations as per company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the store leadership team.

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service.
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
