Style Advisor

Summary

Customer-facing sales role focused on styling and selling ready-to-wear and custom-made menswear. The Style Advisor builds client relationships, presents product knowledge on fit and construction, and supports store operations while completing a multi-layered training program.

Responsibilities

• Complete multi-layered training to develop product and service expertise
• Present and educate customers on fit construction and style of products
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics
• Build and maintain client relationships to increase loyalty
• Maintain merchandise presentation according to visual guidelines
• Ensure store standards and operations meet company expectations
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales hospitality or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work successfully in a team-based culture
• Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
• Willingness to travel to other stores and internationally when required
