Summary

The Style Advisor delivers personalized styling and sells ready-to-wear and custom-made garments, building client relationships through attentive, direct communication. The role includes participation in a structured training program to develop product knowledge and selling skills, and supports store performance goals. This position requires an entrepreneurial, team-oriented approach and a genuine interest in fashion.

Responsibilities

• Complete a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise in product and selling techniques
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of ready-to-wear and custom-made products
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics
• Build and maintain client relationships to increase loyalty and repeat business
• Ensure merchandise is attractively displayed and store operations meet company standards
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
