Style Advisor

Summary

Customer-facing sales role focused on styling clients and driving sales through personalized service and product knowledge. The Style Advisor will complete a multi-layered training program, educate customers on fit and construction, and maintain store standards while building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Participate in training to develop expertise and align with brand expectations
• Present and educate customers on ready-to-wear and custom-made products
• Execute professional salesmanship to meet personal and store sales metrics
• Build client relationships to increase loyalty through the Radically Personal program
• Maintain attractive merchandise presentation per visual guidelines
• Ensure store standards and operations meet company requirements
• Perform duties assigned by store leadership
• Work a flexible schedule including nights weekends and holidays

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales hospitality or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based culture
• Flexibility to work nights weekends and holidays
