Style Advisor - The Mall At Millenia

Summary

As a Style Advisor you deliver personalized styling and sales on the retail floor, building relationships and guiding customers toward the right fit and style. You participate in training to develop product knowledge and sales skills while helping the store meet its sales goals. This role requires energetic, direct communication and a customer-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Complete a multi-layered training cycle to develop expertise and align with brand expectations
• Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of Ready to Wear and Custom-Made products
• Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics
• Build client relationships to increase loyalty through personalized service
• Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed per visual guidelines
• Maintain store standards and operations and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service
• Genuine interest in fashion and styling
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
