Full-time Style Advisor responsible for delivering exceptional customer service in a luxury menswear environment at Vaughan Mills. The role focuses on building and developing a clientele through personal sales, holistic selling, and appointment management while supporting merchandising and store operations.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a repeat clientele through personal sales and relationship building
- Conduct holistic selling and prepare for client appointments with targeted merchandise
- Promote and educate clients on the loyalty program
- Participate in merchandising activities and maintain store presentation
- Drive new business measures and follow up with existing clientele on alterations and fittings
- Engage in training initiatives and apply learned skills to daily activities
- Utilize technology to support customer service and sales efforts
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years retail sales experience, preferably in luxury menswear
- Experience across departments such as sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, and tailored clothing preferred
- Demonstrated interest in fashion menswear and luxury retail
- Strong customer service orientation with ability to inspire repeat business
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to participate in training and development programs
- Comfort using technology to enhance the retail customer experience
