- Convert leather goods clients into Ready-to-Wear clients by introducing curated styles and collections.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through client outreach and developing new clients.
- Create full looks from collections and customize them to each client's unique style.
- Act as the primary resource for pinning and alterations, ensuring precision and quality in every client fitting.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize transactions.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with all clients, maintaining client profile records.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge on all collections.
- Assist management with basic store opening and closing procedures.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Requirements- 2-3 years of previous retail experience in a luxury environment.
- Experienced in sales, particularly in Ready-to-Wear, with a strong track record of achieving goals.
- Competent in visual styling with a keen eye for detail.
- Deep knowledge of luxury fashion, styling, and trends.
- Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance.
- Available to work closing shifts and weekends as required.
- Ability to climb a ladder and lift packages weighing 5-8 lbs.
