Styling Manager

As a Styling Manager at our Bellevue location, you will oversee and manage four distinct styling programs within the store. Your role is pivotal in driving top-line sales through the growth and development of your team, ensuring the success of enhanced commission stylists, digital styling, enhanced schedule programs, and independent styling.

• Directly support stylists, Customer Relationship Coordinators (CRCs), and other styling-related programs to deliver results and improve remote selling and selling tools performance.
• Act as the point person for enhanced schedule participants and independent stylists, providing communication and direction.
• Collaborate with Store Managers to increase volume in all styling programs.
• Assist Department Managers in identifying and nurturing future talent for styling teams.
• Work with CRC to implement customer engagement initiatives.
• Support a single store location.

• Experience as a sales department manager or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and effectively.
• Proven leadership skills, including leading through influence.
• Ability to drive the execution and completion of deliverables on time with appropriate rigor and urgency.
• Deep expertise in selling skills and tools.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, including experience facilitating training.
• Strong organization and follow-through skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain productive relationships at all levels.
