• Share new arrivals, invite customers to events, and introduce them to the Nordy Club.
• Help maintain a clean, organized selling space and sell across departments.

Requirements

• Demonstrated styling and wardrobe knowledge, with the ability to advise customers on completing their looks.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Motivation to build a personal business, use digital engagement tools, and achieve sales goals.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as business needs require.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
