As a Stylist at Chloé Bal Harbour, you will serve as an ambassador of the Maison, welcoming guests into the Chloe family and providing exceptional customer service. You will be a reliable team player and a trustworthy advisor to clients, striving to deliver the best experience.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term relationships with clients.
• Engage in personalized reach-out campaigns and utilize clienteling tools to achieve CRM targets.
• Capture client data and maintain notes on qualitative information.
• Offer excellent customer service and deliver strong business performance using omnichannel services.
• Engage in actions to reach store and individual sales and KPIs targets.
• Ensure an impeccable store environment and support colleagues and managers.
• Inform management of any structural repairs needed in the store.
• Implement guidelines related to store management and participate in inventories.
• Support after-sales clients and ensure impeccable after-sales service.

• 2+ years of experience in a retail setting.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage in personalized client outreach and achieve CRM targets.
• Knowledge of omnichannel services and sales strategies.
