Summary

The Stylist serves as an ambassador for the Maison, welcoming guests and providing personalized advice. This role builds lasting client relationships while supporting sales, omnichannel services, and an exceptional store experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and develop long-term client relationships through personalized outreach and clienteling tools.
• Capture client information, manage customer portfolios, and work toward CRM, sales, and KPI targets.
• Use omnichannel services, complete training, and participate in commercial activities.
• Maintain a luxurious store and back-of-house environment, support inventory, and follow store management guidelines.
• Support after-sales clients and comply with company policies and standards.

• Ability to provide excellent customer service and support strong business performance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, colleagues, and managers.
• Awareness of the local trading environment and competitor activity.
