Summary

The Stylist represents the Maison and welcomes guests, providing personalized advice and an exceptional client experience. The role builds lasting client relationships, supports sales and omnichannel performance, and contributes to store operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships through personalized outreach and available clienteling tools.
• Capture client information, maintain client notes, and manage customer portfolios, including high-value clients.
• Work toward individual and store sales, KPI, and CRM targets; use omnichannel services and participate in commercial activities and training.
• Maintain an impeccable store environment, support back-of-house operations and inventory, and report repair needs.
• Support after-sales clients, follow up on service needs, and comply with company policies and standards.
