Stylist

Summary

The Stylist welcomes guests and serves as an ambassador for the Maison. This role builds lasting client relationships while delivering exceptional service and supporting store sales and operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized service and develop long-term client relationships through outreach, clienteling tools, and accurate client profile documentation.
• Work toward individual and store sales, KPI, and CRM targets, and use omnichannel services to support business growth.
• Maintain a luxurious store and back-of-house environment, support inventory activities, and follow store management guidelines.
• Assist after-sales clients, follow up on their needs, and communicate store repairs or maintenance requirements to management.
• Complete required training and participate in commercial activities while following company policies and standards.

Requirements

• Deliver excellent customer service and demonstrate the ability to build trusted, long-term client relationships.
• Contribute to sales, KPI, and client relationship targets while working collaboratively with colleagues and managers.
• Support store operations and maintain professional grooming and a polished store environment.
