Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and develop long-term client relationships.
• Use clienteling tools, maintain client profiles, and conduct personalized outreach to meet CRM targets.
• Support sales and omnichannel goals, complete required training, and stay informed about local market activity.
• Maintain store and back-of-house standards, participate in inventories, and support after-sales service.
• Follow company policies and promptly report store repairs or maintenance needs.
