Summary

As a Chloé Stylist, you welcome guests and serve as a trusted advisor, creating an exceptional experience while representing the Maison. You build lasting client relationships and contribute to store sales and business goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized service, develop long-term client relationships, and use clienteling tools to meet CRM targets.
• Maintain client profiles and notes, with particular attention to your portfolio of very important clients.
• Support sales and omnichannel services, and work toward individual and store sales and KPI targets.
• Maintain store and back-of-house standards, participate in inventory, and support after-sales service.
• Complete training, follow company policies and guidelines, and communicate store repair needs to management.
