The Stylist welcomes clients and serves as a trusted advisor, delivering a personalized luxury shopping experience. The role builds lasting client relationships, supports sales and CRM goals, and contributes to an impeccable store environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service and develop long-term client relationships through personalized outreach and clienteling tools.
• Capture client information, maintain customer notes, and support relationships with high-value clients.
• Work toward individual and store sales, KPI, and CRM targets, using omnichannel services to grow sales.
• Complete training and participate in commercial activities while staying informed about local competitors.
• Maintain store and back-of-house standards, participate in inventories, and support after-sales service and follow-up.
• Follow company policies and standards and communicate needed store repairs to management.
