- Build and maintain customer relationships through follow up and outreach.
- Use digital tools and social media to engage customers and set appointments.
- Drive sales performance and meet sales targets through appointments and outreach.
- Sell across departments to broaden customer exposure and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with team to keep sales floor clean and organized.
- Adapt to changing business needs and participate in events and non event selling periods.
- Handle merchandise, assist customers, and perform physical tasks during shifts.
Requirements
- Styling and wardrobe knowledge with ability to advise on complete looks.
- Strong communication skills and ability to create meaningful relationships.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with motivation to build a personal business.
- Organizational skills, multitasking ability, and adaptability in a fast paced environment.
- Availability for retail schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours and frequent bending and reaching.
- Capable of lifting items regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
