Summary

Nordstrom Stylists advise customers on style and wardrobe choices while building lasting relationships in-store and online. They use personal outreach and digital tools to grow sales and deliver a welcoming customer experience. Stylists complete comprehensive training and may progress to the Enhanced Premium Stylist program.

Responsibilities

• Offer customers honest style advice and help select pieces that complement their wardrobes.
• Build customer relationships through in-store interactions, digital tools, curated looks, and follow-up.
• Grow sales through outreach, appointments, and engagement during event and non-event periods.
• Share new arrivals, invite customers to events, and introduce them to the Nordy Club.
• Work with colleagues to maintain a clean, organized space and sell across departments.

Requirements

• Bring confidence and versatility in selling across departments and price points.
• Have styling and wardrobe knowledge, strong communication skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Be motivated to achieve sales targets and use digital engagement tools.
• Demonstrate organization, adaptability, multitasking, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
• Be available for a schedule that meets business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Meet the physical demands of the role, including continuous movement, frequent bending and reaching, and lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds occasionally.
