Responsibilities

• Provide honest styling advice and curated product recommendations.
• Engage customers in-store and through digital tools, including text, social media, and apps.
• Build sales through outreach, appointments, and follow-up after purchases.
• Share new arrivals, invite customers to events, and introduce them to the Nordy Club.
• Work with the team to maintain a clean, organized space and sell across departments.

Requirements

• Styling and wardrobe knowledge, strong communication skills, and an ability to build customer relationships.
• Entrepreneurial, goal-driven approach and interest in digital selling.
• Organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability for business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to move throughout shifts, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
