Responsibilities

• Help customers select apparel and accessories that complement their style and wardrobe.
• Use in-store interactions and digital tools to share curated looks and maintain customer engagement.
• Drive sales through outreach, appointment-setting, and follow-up after purchases.
• Share new arrivals, invite customers to events, and introduce them to the Nordy Club.
• Work with colleagues to maintain an organized, welcoming space and serve customers across departments.
