Responsibilities

• Advise customers on styling and wardrobe choices across departments
• Use in-store interactions and digital channels to engage customers and share curated looks
• Set appointments and follow up with customers to drive repeat business
• Promote loyalty programs and invite customers to events
• Maintain a clean organized selling environment and collaborate with team members
• Sell throughout multiple departments and adapt to changing merchandise
• Meet sales targets and participate in outreach and networking

Requirements

• Styling knowledge and ability to advise on complete looks
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with focus on appointment-based selling
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and variable retail schedules
• Ability to move continuously 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
• Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
