Responsibilities

• Provide honest styling feedback and help customers select pieces that complement their style and wardrobe.
• Connect with customers in person and through digital tools, sharing curated looks and maintaining engagement.
• Grow sales through outreach, appointment-setting, and customer follow-up.
• Share new arrivals, invite customers to events, and introduce them to the Nordy Club.
• Work with colleagues to maintain a clean, organized customer space and sell across departments.

• Bring confidence, versatility, and knowledge of styling and wardrobe coordination.
• Be motivated to build a personal business through appointments, networking, and digital selling.
• Have strong communication, organization, multitasking, and follow-through skills.
• Be goal-driven and comfortable using social media and technology to engage customers.
• Be available for a flexible retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Be able to remain active throughout shifts, handle merchandise, and regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
