Su Misura Manager (Made-To-Measure)

Summary

The Su Misura Manager develops the made-to-measure business within the boutique by growing a client base and maintaining luxury service standards. Reporting to the General Manager, this role drives sales, supports customers and the sales team, and builds local awareness of Su Misura services.

Responsibilities

• Maximize sales and revenue, monitor customers, and develop client-retention strategies.
• Participate in made-to-measure selling and support second fitting appointments.
• Train the sales team on product measurement, order processing, and communicating Su Misura services.
• Promote services through local events and partnerships, and represent the brand as an ambassador.
• Maintain the Su Misura area, tools, order chart, and fabric availability records.
• Enter orders, communicate special requests to headquarters, send order confirmations, and coordinate delivery or customs issues.
• Analyze weekly and monthly sales reports and develop business strategies.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in garment construction and sizing.
• 2-4 years of experience in luxury menswear or a custom suiting environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of luxury customer service, products, and the Zegna collection.
• Experience coaching teams and driving performance through cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to learn independently, develop skills, and organize successful Su Misura events.
