Su Misura Manager (Made To Measure)

Summary

The Su Misura Manager develops made-to-measure services at the boutique and delivers a personalized luxury guest experience. The role oversees product fit, order accuracy and progress, guest relationships, business development, and team training.

Responsibilities

• Take measurements, conduct fittings, recommend alterations, and provide expert styling guidance.
• Enter and monitor made-to-measure orders, coordinate with relevant teams, and help resolve production, delivery, or customs issues.
• Build long-term guest relationships, support Style Advisors, address concerns, and share product and service feedback.
• Drive the made-to-measure business and support VIP events, trunk shows, seasonal preparation, and selling materials.
• Train boutique staff on service offerings, collection structure, measurement techniques, and order processing.

Requirements

• Three to five years of experience providing made-to-measure services.
• Su Misura Global Academy certification.
• Experience organizing and managing made-to-measure events.
• Strong luxury client service skills and in-depth knowledge of products and collections.
• Ability to drive results through cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
