Suite Manager - Fifth Avenue Club

As a Suite Manager at the Fifth Avenue Club in Bellevue, WA, you will lead and operate an In Residence location under the guidance of the VP/GM. You will leverage your extensive network of local clients to drive business and manage a team of stylists, ensuring exceptional luxury service and operational excellence.

• Oversee day-to-day operations with a focus on sales and EBITDA targets.
• Manage operational tasks including shipping, merchandise control, visual presentation, and cash reconciliation.
• Create personalized shopping experiences for clients through styling sessions, trunk shows, and curated events.
• Drive client acquisition through community partnerships, referrals, and social sales techniques.
• Lead a team of stylists, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with regional store teams and distribution centers for luxury goods management.
• Collaborate with hotel management to offer VIP shopping experiences to hotel guests.
• Participate in corporate meetings as required.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in luxury retail and team leadership.
• Technical proficiency with various programs and applications.
• Strong understanding of the Saks Fifth Avenue brand and luxury sales.
• Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
