Job Description

Summary

As a Suite Manager at the Fifth Avenue Club in Charlotte, you will lead an In Residence location, driving business growth and managing a team of stylists. You will leverage your extensive network and understanding of luxury goods to create exceptional shopping experiences for clients.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring cost-effective management aligned with sales and EBITDA targets.
  • Manage operational tasks including shipping, merchandise control, visual presentation, and payroll reconciliation.
  • Create personalized shopping experiences through styling sessions, trunk shows, and curated events.
  • Drive client acquisition through community partnerships, referrals, and social sales techniques.
  • Lead a team of stylists, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with hotel management to offer VIP shopping experiences to hotel guests.
  • Participate in meetings with Saks Fifth Avenue’s corporate team as needed.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in luxury retail, clienteling, and team leadership.
  • Technical proficiency with various programs and applications.
  • Strong understanding of the Saks Fifth Avenue brand and luxury sales.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
