Supervisor Asset Protection - Walt Whitman Road

As a Supervisor of Asset Protection at our Huntington Station location, you will oversee the safety and security of our retail environment, ensuring the protection of company assets and the well-being of our customers and staff.

• Lead and manage the asset protection team to prevent and minimize theft and fraud.
• Conduct regular audits and investigations to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance security measures and reduce shrinkage.
• Collaborate with store management to address security concerns and incidents.
• Train and mentor staff on loss prevention techniques and safety protocols.

• 3+ years of experience in asset protection or loss prevention in a retail setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
