Supervisor, Inventory Integrity

Summary

The Supervisor, Inventory Integrity supports store operations by improving inventory accuracy through scheduled and ad hoc cycle counts, analysis, and reconciliation. This role leads an Inventory Integrity Associate, shares findings with store leadership, and provides inventory management training to store associates.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute cycle counts with operations, loss prevention, and store teams.
• Analyze inventory discrepancies and trends, develop action plans, and communicate findings to store leadership.
• Lead, coach, and support the Inventory Integrity Associate and coordinate timely completion of counts and follow-up tasks.
• Resolve operational issues affecting inventory integrity and maintain documentation for counts and adjustments.
• Provide weekly updates, inventory investigations, and task-specific coaching and training.
• Follow privacy, cybersecurity, and health and safety requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5+ years of retail experience, including knowledge of inventory processes.
• Previous supervisory experience and strong communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort completing repetitive tasks.
• Comfort with inventory calculations, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with SAP ECC, FIORI, or CTS App is an asset.
