Supervisor

Summary

The Supervisor will support retail leadership by delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating advanced product knowledge, and building lasting client relationships to drive sales. This role acts as a link between management and sales associates, assisting with daily store operations, merchandising, and motivating the team to meet sales objectives. The ideal candidate is a quick thinker with strong interpersonal skills and luxury retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Support store manager with management and coordination of daily store operations
• Perform opening and closing duties and prepare deposits as needed
• Check in merchandise and maintain floor presentation
• Supervise sales transactions and adhere to cash protection procedures
• Coach and motivate sales staff to meet sales targets
• Promote and sell products to ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist store manager with operational excellence and task execution
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years luxury retail experience in a similar or supervisory role
• Strong customer service and advanced product knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to operate POS systems and MS Office software
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and adapt quickly
• Demonstrated ability to coach and influence others
• Willingness to uphold high standards of performance and team environment
