- Train and oversee Jewelry Standards and Shipping Guidelines, ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Manage the processing of re-tickets, RTVs, transfers, and price changes.
- Oversee merchandise retrieval and processing for returns and transfers.
- Maintain and audit repair logs and manage consignment merchandise life-cycle.
- Ensure customer service excellence at the Returns Desk and manage associate scheduling.
- Support internal audit readiness and adherence to standards.
- Assist in policy implementation and cross-functional training.
- Motivate the team and make recommendations for hiring and promotions.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role within a retail environment.
- Strong ability to drive profitability through execution of KPIs.
- Comfortable with real-time coaching and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift cartons up to 50lbs and handle merchandise racks.
- Proficient in Google and MS Office applications.
