Supply Chain And Logistics Associate

Summary

The Supply Chain and Logistics Associate manages U.S. supply chain and logistics operations, including EDI transactions, warehouse coordination, and wholesale and retail distribution. The role connects warehouse, sales, merchandising, buying, and credit control teams to support the efficient movement of goods from origin to customer.

Responsibilities

• Manage EDI transactions, purchase orders, order entry, and customer catalogues.
• Coordinate inventory, shipments, warehouse operations, freight providers, and customs clearance between U.K. and U.S. facilities.
• Oversee department store order fulfillment, vendor compliance, returns, chargebacks, and customer portal activity.
• Maintain supply chain and inventory data in company systems and prepare Power BI reports on shipping, warehouse performance, and inventory metrics.
• Work with sales, buying, merchandise, and credit control teams to resolve order and account issues.

Requirements

• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations, ideally in fashion, retail, or wholesale distribution.
• Working knowledge of EDI processes and platforms, MRP or ERP systems, and inventory management.
• Proficiency in Power BI and Microsoft Office; familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central and department store vendor compliance.
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, couriers, or customs brokers.
• Strong communication, organizational, attention-to-detail, and stakeholder management skills.
