Job Description

Summary

Lead the development of supply chain and logistics reporting and analytics for the Americas region. Deliver insights and recommendations that support operational performance and data-driven decisions across B2B and B2C services.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and improve KPI reports, Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and self-service analytics.
  • Build scalable data products and datasets, integrating information from ERP, warehouse, transportation, customs, and other sources.
  • Maintain data quality, reporting governance, KPI definitions, security, and documentation.
  • Automate reporting and operational workflows, using analytics and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency.
  • Partner with stakeholders and leadership on performance reviews, reporting needs, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Support supply chain, logistics, and innovation projects across the Americas.

Requirements

  • Four or more years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data management, or reporting; supply chain or logistics experience preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, data science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
  • Advanced SQL skills and experience developing Power BI dashboards, semantic models, KPIs, data models, and row-level security.
  • Experience with cloud data platforms and integrating data from operational and external sources.
  • Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Experience using AI-enabled tools and automation to improve reporting and business processes.
