Job Description

Summary

Join Richemont's dynamic and engaged 10-week summer internship program as a Supply Chain Services Intern. You will be immersed in the day-to-day operations and projects of high-end luxury brands, gaining valuable knowledge and experience in the jewelry, timepiece, fashion, and accessories industries.

Responsibilities
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts using logistics, transportation, and import/export principles.
  • Develop skills in record keeping within the supply chain.
  • Complete Duty Drawback claim filings, including compiling and indexing required documents.
  • Data mine large data sets for quality, including US Customs, customs broker, and SAP.
  • Support documenting SOPs as needed.
  • Conduct time studies, value stream mapping, and data analysis for efficiency gains in import/export and transportation processes.
  • Document SOPs for various routines with carrier and Government agencies.
  • Utilize data mining to obtain metrics and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct studies of rules changes from US Customs and other agencies for data management changes.
Requirements
  • Pursuing a B.S. degree in supply chain management, logistics and transportation management, or import/export.
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player eager to assist on projects and initiatives.
  • Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the Summer Internship Program.
  • Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa.
  • Must be age 18 or older to participate.
