SummaryAs a Supply Chain Trainee, you will be an integral part of the Supply Chain Team, overseeing distribution planning across our store network. Responsibilities- Monitor and adjust target stock levels to align with business needs, including anticipation of events and seasonality.
- Collaborate with logistics and merchandising teams to monitor distribution to stores.
- Manage overstock within the network and maintain safety stock in the warehouse for replenishment.
- Deliver timely service to fulfill store product requests and foster confidence in our supply chain model.
- Partner with logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries for autorep and seasonal orders.
- Improve supply chain dashboards to monitor business performance and KPIs.
- Manage product distribution to 'out of network' events and ensure clear communication on product availability.
- Develop and maintain a 'reverse' calendar for back-of-house teams to provide visibility on projected stock movements.
Requirements- In progress for Master’s degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Management.
- 2-year minimum work or internship experience, preferably in Retail or Distribution.
- Availability M-F, 9-6pm, with Friday work from home.
- Strong relationship-building skills and capability to understand interlocutors.
- Proficiency in Analytics tools like Excel and Power BI.
- Proven interest in Fashion or Retail.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
