- Support logistics inquiries and escalations.
- Implement safety guidelines and investigate incidents.
- Oversee daily operations in warehouse and shipping areas.
- Identify and implement improvements to supply chain processes.
- Manage incoming requirements and production work orders.
- Foster cross-department collaboration.
- Provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maximize business opportunities through efficient floor management.
- Ensure adherence to company standards and policies.
- Monitor staff adherence to guidelines.
- Support manager in defining performance targets and coaching.
- Motivate the team to drive business results.
Requirements- High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Independent worker with high initiative.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and basic math skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency a plus.
