Support Ambassador

Summary

Part-Time Support Ambassadors provide a personalized and inspiring shopping experience while supporting store operations and company initiatives. This role focuses on customer service, driving sales, and participating in team training to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily sales and achieve individual and team goals
• Deliver consistent customer experiences aligned to brand expectations
• Support company initiatives and participate in team training
• Utilize technology and alternative shopping methods to assist customers
• Engage in networking to build a clientele
• Provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
• Maintain sales floor and store standards at all times

Requirements

• Retail or similar high-volume specialty environment experience preferred
• Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
• Ability to stand, walk, and operate the register for multiple hours
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around the sales floor
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and possible travel
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
