Full-Time Support Ambassador responsible for delivering a personalized and inspiring shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. The role supports store initiatives, participates in team training, embraces new technology and alternative purchasing methods, and acts as an ambassador of brand values to drive sales and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
- Deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources to drive selling
- Support store execution of company initiatives and maintain store standards
- Participate in team training and provide feedback to management on successes and opportunities
- Engage clients through creative outreach and broaden customer accessibility to product discovery
- Support alternative purchasing processes including Gladly, Click to Zoom, JRNI, and Ship to Home
- Champion brand values and uphold company policies and procedures
- Assist with networking and sourcing talent within the store
- Maintain productivity standards through effective store execution
Requirements
- Retail or similar industry experience preferred in a high-volume specialty environment
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel
- Ability to operate register, stand and walk for multiple hours and lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and occasional travel
- Planning and prioritization skills with a proven track record of building positive working relationships
- Willingness to support new technology and alternative shopping methods
