Support Associate - Beverly Hills

Summary

Support Associate responsible for stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling to maintain store organization and support sales. Performs daily operational tasks under the direction of leads and managers to enhance the customer experience and ensure merchandise standards are met. Works onsite at the store and supports events, activations, and inventory control processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandise processing, transfers, and inbound and outbound freight
• Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders
• Complete merchandise placements and ensure merchandising standards
• Perform price changes, reticketing, and signage setup
• Manage back stocking and stockroom organization
• Process damages, mark outs of stock, and inventory control tasks
• Support set up and take down of in-store events and activations
• Follow dock and workplace safety procedures

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience
• Ability to follow direction from managers and visual teams
• Flexibility to handle competing tasks and work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
• Basic proficiency with MS Office products
• Ability to stand bend climb stairs and lift up to 35 pounds
• Strong teamwork and customer service orientation
