Support Associate - Downtown

Summary

Support Associate responsible for stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling to maintain organization and support store sales and customer experience. Works under the RPSO Manager in a Neiman Marcus store and assists with daily operational tasks and in-store events.

Responsibilities

• Receive, process, and transfer inbound and outbound freight
• Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders
• Perform merchandise placements and ensure visual standards are followed
• Conduct price changes, reticketing, and signage moves
• Manage stockroom organization and back stocking
• Handle damages, mark out of stocks, and inventory control processes
• Support set up and take down of in-store events and activations
• Follow dock and workplace safety procedures
• Assist leads and managers with daily store operations

Requirements

• 1+ year of retail experience
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, bending, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 35 pounds
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Basic proficiency with MS Office product suite
• Demonstrated ability to manage competing tasks and work collaboratively
