Support Associate

Summary

The Support Associate assists with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling to support store sales and customer experience. This role performs daily operational tasks, maintains merchandise organization, and supports store events and activations under manager direction.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandise transfers, inbound and outbound freight processing
• Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders
• Complete merchandise placements and ensure merchandising standards
• Perform price changes, reticketing, and signage moves
• Manage damages, mark out of stocks, and inventory control processes
• Back stock merchandise and maintain stockroom organization
• Support set up and take down of in-store events and activations
• Follow safety procedures on the dock and in all work areas

Requirements

• 1+ year of retail experience
• Ability to follow direction from leads and managers
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds as needed
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
