Support Associate

As a Support Associate at Neiman Marcus in Charlotte, you will play a crucial role in supporting store operations, enhancing customer experiences, and maintaining merchandise organization. You will report to the RPSO Manager and work collaboratively with the team to ensure the smooth functioning of the store.

• Assist with merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight.
• Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders.
• Complete merchandise placements and ensure adherence to merchandise standards.
• Handle merchandise price changes, reticketing, and inventory control processes.
• Maintain stockroom organization and back stocking.
• Support the setup and takedown of in-store events and activations.
• Follow all safety procedures in work areas.

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Flexibility with competing tasks and a collaborative mindset.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
