Support Associate

As a Support Associate at Neiman Marcus in Denver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the customer experience by assisting with stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling functions. You will work closely with the RPSO Manager to support store sales and profitability through operational tasks.

• Complete daily store operations and support the direction of leads and managers.
• Handle merchandise, transfers, and process inbound/outbound freight.
• Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders.
• Ensure merchandise standards are followed through necessary placements.
• Manage merchandise price changes, reticketing, and inventory control processes.
• Organize and maintain stockroom and back stocking.
• Assist in merchandising product and setting sale events and signage.
• Support set-up and take down of in-store events and activations.
• Follow all safety procedures in work areas.

• 1+ year of retail experience.
• Flexibility with competing tasks and a "win together" mentality.
• Basic proficiency with MS Office Product Suite.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 35 pounds.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
