Support Associate

Summary

Support Associate responsible for stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling to maintain store organization and support sales. Works under the RPSO Manager and assists leads and managers with daily operational tasks and in-store events. Role requires flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays and may involve physical tasks such as lifting and stockroom maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process inbound and outbound freight transfers
• Fulfill pack and ship online and store customer orders
• Perform merchandise placements and ensure merchandising standards
• Execute price changes reticketing and signage moves
• Manage back stocking stockroom organization and maintenance
• Handle damages mark outs and inventory control processes
• Support set-up and take down of in-store events and activations
• Follow safety procedures on the dock and in all work areas

Requirements

• 1+ year of retail experience
• Ability to follow direction from managers and visual team
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
• Basic proficiency with MS Office products
• Ability to stand bend climb stairs and lift up to 35 pounds
• Strong teamwork mentality and ability to manage competing tasks
