Support Associate

Summary

Support Associate responsible for stocking, receiving, order fulfillment, and merchandise handling to maintain organization and support store sales and profitability. Works under direction of leads and managers at a Neiman Marcus store location and assists with in-store events and operational tasks. Role requires physical activity and a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Handle merchandise transfers processing inbound and outbound freight
• Fulfill pack and ship online and store customer orders
• Complete merchandise placements to meet store standards
• Perform price changes reticketing and signage updates
• Manage back stocking stockroom organization and maintenance
• Process damages mark outs and inventory control tasks
• Support set up and take down of in-store events and activations
• Follow safety procedures on the dock and in work areas

Requirements

• 1+ year of retail experience
• Ability to perform physical tasks including standing bending climbing stairs and lifting up to 35 pounds
• Demonstrated flexibility with competing tasks and teamwork mentality
• Basic proficiency with MS Office product suite
• Availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings weekends and holidays
